We all change our mind from time to time. If for any reason you change yours (subject to our terms and conditions), Le Petit Planet is happy to refund any item, including sale purchases, within 14 days from the date your item arrives. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Please ensure your item is returned new, unused, in its original packaging and with tags still attached. Le Petit Planet does not offer refunds for any item that has failed to adhere to our terms and conditions. Returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

How to Return?

Option 1: Guest checkout

If you have placed your order via Guest Checkout, you will need to create an account with the same email you used to place the order.

Option 2: Le Petit Planet account holders

If you have a Le Petit Planet account, follow the instructions below:

  • Login to “My account”.
  • Go to “My orders” and select the option item for return.
  • Complete the online returns form.
  • The Le Petit Planet customer care team will email you your shipping label(s), waybill doc(s) and let you know how to book a collection. You have five days after receiving the return label(s) to ship your parcel.

    If you’re returning items from different brands from the same order, please note:

    Le Petit Planet is a marketplace. Each brand will ship the order from its own warehouse/store. Each product must therefore be shipped back to the location of the respective brand. You will be provided with a return label and waybill doc for each.

    Please note: when returning multiple brands from the same order and booking a collection over the phone or online, you must book a collection for each received return label.
  • Pack your items. Items should be returned in their original packaging (where possible) and the completed delivery note included inside. Remove or cover any previous delivery labels to avoid any confusion.

    When returning items from multiple brands for the same order…

    1. Make sure that returns from different vendors are packed separately,
    2. Include the correct and completed delivery note from the relevant brand inside the package,
    3. Attach the correct return label to the correct parcel,
    4. Remove or cover any existing delivery labels.
  • Upon collection or when dropping your item(s) off, hand over the parcel(s) and the waybill doc(s) to the courier or DHL Service Point.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange on ALL socks and tights and hair accessories.
  • Our Bespoke garments are custom, and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Kindly note that we do accept the return of swimwear, but only if the original hygienic sticker was not removed and is still in place.
