How much I will be charged for shipping?

We strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, with a flat rate of £8 for Express Delivery.


Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As a marketplace, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or change of orders that have been completed. We offer you the possibility to return your parcel once it has been dispatched. For returns, please visit the Delivery & Returns page, or get in touch with our support team at customercare@lepetitplanet.com.


Do you offer Exchanges?

Due to the fact that we are a marketplace, we cannot provide any kind of exchange. However, you can return your parcel and reorder from our website. If you need support in the process, please get in touch with our customer service team at customercare@lepetitplanet.com.


When will I receive my order or how can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This number allows you to track your parcel with the respective courier. Please contact us on our Chat, if you do not receive your tracking number or if you are concerned about the tracking your order is showing.
